1000MW超超临界机组锅炉设备大板梁吊装技术

Hoisting and Mounting Technology of Huge Planks of Boiler in Ultra Supercritical Pressure 1000MW Unit

针对我国1000MW超超临界火电机组锅炉大板梁的吊装问题,文章列举了山东邹县发电厂2台1000MW锅炉大板梁的吊装方案。根据工程特点,分别从吊装机械布置、吊装前的准备、吊装的顺序及方法几个方面作了介绍。通过工程实践证明:大板梁的吊装需要2台大型吊车联合抬吊,以增加稳定性,方便就位。

Abstract： In view of the hoisting and mounting problem of huge planks of boiler in ultra supercritical pressure 1 000 MW unit power phnt,according to the features of project, the paper enumerates two kinds of different techniques integral hoisting - mounting and singular part hoisting - mounting, briefs the layont of hoisting - mounting equipment,the preparatory work before hoisting - mounting and the order and methods of hoisting - mounting,etc.The project practice shows that, there have to be two large cranes to jointly hoist, so as to improve the stability and facilitate the mounting.
