摘要
文章介绍了汽轮发电机组产生动静碰摩的原因,以及碰摩振动发生、发展的机理,总结了碰摩振动响应的频谱特征,给出了现场故障诊断要点。同时从理论、实验研究和现场振动故障诊断处理等方面,对近些年来国内外,特别是国内在这方面的主要研究成果与经验进行了简要总结与评述。通过对导致动静碰摩的各类原因分析,对防止碰摩及振动的措施作了一些有益的探讨。
Rub events taken place frequently in rotor - to - stationary element are a serious malfunction in steam turbine generator set. It is one of the foundation works of power generation system for diagnosing the rubbing fault, and some technical countermeasures to prevent the machinery from further severe far'lures are adopted. Some main reasons, which arouse rub events in turbine machinery, and the mechanism of the rub vibration occurring and growing were introduced and discussed in this paper. The response frequency spectrum characteristics of rub vibration were also summarized up. Several key points of fault diagnosis in the field were given. The main research results and experience of diagnosing technology and measure technology, both theoretical and practical ones in recent years were revuewed and discussed. Based on these discussions and analysis on rotor - to - stationary element rub of steam turbine generation unit, some advices are given for avoiding rub vibration. The results offer an ideal reference for the optimization design and local operation of generation unit.
