运河发电厂135MW循环流化床锅炉冷渣风机轴承超温原因分析及改造措施

摘要 山东济宁运河发电有限公司一期续建工程为2台SG440/13.7M562循环流化床锅炉,分别于2003年9月和2004年2月相继投产运行。每台锅炉分别配有2台豪顿华公司生产的L2N1284.10.96SBL6T型离心式冷渣器流化风机。自投运以来,轴承温度一直偏高且无法控制,造成轴承损坏。为了解决风机轴承温度超温问题,通过分析设备存在的问题,主要原因为设计、安装存在一定的缺陷,另外轴承座外部积灰严重,影响了轴承的散热。对设备进行了优化改造,4台冷渣风机运行稳定,没有出现轴承超温现象。 The two SG-440/13.7-M562 circulating fhidized bed boilers m the first phase extension project of shandong Jining Yunhe Power Generation Corp.Ltd., are equipped separately with two L2N1284.10.96 SBL6T type centrifugal shg cooler fhidizing fans. Since the commissioning of fhidizing fans,the bearing temperatwre had been all along on the high side,and conldn't be controlled,thus resulting h the damage of bearings.Through analyzing the problems existing h the equipment,it was found that,the main causes were the defects existing in the design and mounting, in additon,the outside of bearing stool was fouled seriously with ashes,affecting the heat dissipation of bearings. Throngh the optitnized retrofitling of equipment,the four fhidizing fans have been operating steadlily and no over temperature phenomena occur aqain.
