摘要 在大中型水电站建设中,水工模型试验的重要性已广为大家认可。可是在小水电的建设中,却没有得到一致的认可。有人认为模型试验的结果是设计的前提;还有人认为是没有必要的,他们强调小水电的规模小,相对大中型水电站投资少、经费不足、技术问题不复杂等。由于对水工模型实验的忽视,造成许多小水电站的设计未经模型试验的方案对比,从容的定设计方案,施工匆匆破土动工,其后果是工程后患无穷或是造价大大提高。 It is well recongnized by all that the hydraulic model test plays a very important role in the construction of large and medium - sized hydraulic dams. But such model test for small hydraulic dam is not accepted by people unanimously. Some people do believe the result of the hydraulic model test is a necessary precondition before the actual design of any dam. However, others think for small dams, there are insufficent investments and uncomplex technological requirements involved in, compared with the large and medium - sized hydraulic ones, so the test is unnecessary. Due to the neglect of the hydraulic model tests, many small hydraulic dams are constructed festinately with unsound designs, which thus resulted in poor qualities. What's worse, they're in turn caused numberless trouble in the future and raised the overall cost of the project enormously.
