关于泵站前池流态的改善措施研究

Experimental Research on the Hydraulic Characteristics of the Pumping Station's Forbay

泵站前池的水流流态对水泵的性能起着至关重要的作用,然而由于前池的设计不足,在工程实践中,往往会出现前池流态恶化,影响水泵正常运行的情况发生。通过分析前池水流流态,阐述了各种改善前池流态的措施,并结合工程实例比较了泵站前池优化前后的水流流态,验证了优化方案的可行性。

The flow form of the pumping station＇ s forbay plays a very important role to the performance of pump. However, the forbay is designed irrationally in the project practice, the forebay＇ s flow form get worse which affects the pump＇ s normal operation. Through analying the forbay＇ s flow form, this article expatiates all kinds of improvement measures to the forbay＇ s flow form, and combines with the project example to compare the flow form of pumping station＇s forbay between the forward and backward of the optimizing the flow form, which confirms the optimization plan＇ s feasibility.
