摘要
随着社会经济的发展,水资源消耗日益增加,水资源需求和供给之间的矛盾加剧。针对这一情况,介绍了水资源需求侧管理的基本理论,并引入可持续发展的观点,提出了加强水资源需求侧管理的一系列对策和措施。
Following the rapid development of the economical society and the daily exhaustion of water resources, the contradietion between water demand and water supply are protruding inereasedly. This paper introduces the basal theory of water demand side - management. Founding on the view of sustainable development, this paper comes up with a series of countermeasures to sustainable utilization of water resources.
