On the Choice Criteria and Methodological Principles in the Responsibility Conflict

责任冲突不可避免,如何选择就成一个问题。责任冲突的存在并不否定选择的自由,而恰恰是人能自由选择的结果。人们面对冲突的责任所进行的自由选择,总是依据一定的标准和尺度,责任的紧迫性、不可弥补性和可实施性是责任选择的基本尺度。平等对待原则、权责一致原则、人道主义原则和优先选择原则是责任选择的方法论原则。

Since the conflict of responsibility is inevitable, it is meaningful to discuss the problem of choice. It doesn＇t deny the freedom of choice. The standards of choice include the grade of urgency, the possibility of remedial and the degree of executable. The principles of choice include the equal-treat, the equality of right and responsibility, the humanitarianism and the priority.
