文章分析了当前大学生思想政治状况表现及影响大学生思想政治状况的因素,并指出,加强思想政治工作必须树立以学生为本意识、大服务意识、系统意识和求新求变意识。同时要抓好政工队伍工程、制度创建工程、“两课”教学工程、管理模式工程和校园文化工程等方面的建设。

The college student＇s ideological and political situation can he explained by a contradiction, namely, enthusiastic but indifferent towards political attitude, strong but vague on moral belief, healthy but morbid about value orientation, restrictive but indulgent in manners of behavior. And this ambivalence may due to the social environment, the out - of - balance of students＇ psychology, college＇ s scale expanding maladjusted with the ideological work under the new situation. Therefore, some countermeasures could he suggested as the awareness that regarding students as origin, with widely service, systematic, novelty and changeable consciousness. At the same time , other projects should he taken on ideological and political staff, institutional construction, the teaching project Marxism - Leninism and Cultivating of Thought and Moral, the management mode , and campus culture, etc.
