我国QFII制度的研究与思考

A Preliminary Discussion on the QFII system in China

QFII制度是一种有限度的引入外资、开放资本市场的过渡性制度,已被广泛应用于一些新兴工业化国家和地区,并积累了丰富的实践经验。借鉴境外经验,适时引入QFII制度,是我国逐步开放金融资本市场的现实选择。

The QFII system is a transient institution that facilitates limited introduction of foreign capital and opening-up of the Chinese financial market. The system has been widely adopted in some rising industrialized nations or regions, and has amassed affluent practice experience. Now that China has already entered the WTO, it is wise to introduce the system into China at the right time so as to facilitate gradual opening up of the Chinese financial market. Against such a background, the author of this paper gives an analysis of the QFII, and then some recommendations for prospective adoption of this system in China.
