摘要
责任心是管理者个体本质上具有的内在特质,是内心自律的个性品质,具有精神内驱力和稳定的特征。管理者责任心主要通过两个子维度———成就感和目标设置中介变量及情景因素的缓冲变量影响工作绩效,且二者存在较强相关性。在责任心对团队绩效的影响分析中,需要结合几个维度的个性特质进行研究。
The sense of responsibility is an inherent personal quality of administerial staff in companies. Featured with self - discipline, spiritual drive and stability, it impacts upon the administer's performance mainly through two dimensions of closely related factors, namely fulfillment & goal-setting, and the intermediary variable and the buffer variable of contextual factor. In terms of its impact on group performance, it should be based on an analysis of several relevant dimensions of personalities.
