The sense of responsibility is an inherent personal quality of administerial staff in companies. Featured with self - discipline, spiritual drive and stability, it impacts upon the administer＇s performance mainly through two dimensions of closely related factors, namely fulfillment ＆ goal-setting, and the intermediary variable and the buffer variable of contextual factor. In terms of its impact on group performance, it should be based on an analysis of several relevant dimensions of personalities.
