摘要
良法的目标是建立秩序,这种秩序的和谐体现一种整体美,法律所运用的语言具有很强的逻辑性,而法律的理想是实现正义,关注人类本身的发展,这一切无不折射出一种对美的追求。通过对良法中的秩序、语言、人文精神进行剖析,可以发现,法律本身就是美的载体。
Regardless of being the intergration of regulations and facts, human relations and morality, or wisdom and values, the law has the meaning of returning to humane spirit. It depends on the support of specific humane spirit as well as promotes the newborn of hamane spirit. No point of law doesnt reflect its pursuit of the beautiful from its entity to procedure and essence to purpose. We may find that law is the harmonious the beautiful by respective analysis of them in law in this article.
