我国社会转型时期道德失范的原因及对策刍议

ON THE REASONS AND THE POLICY OF BEING OUT OF MORAL CONTROL IN THE TRANSFORMATION PERIOD OF OUR SOCIETY

道德失范是社会转型期道德建设亟待解决的一大难题。我国现阶段所存在的道德失范现象主要是由于目前的社会主义道德理论、道德规范不完善;市场经济的负面效应;道德建设缺乏相应的法律、制度的保障与支持以及道德教育发生了曲扭变形所使然。要扼止道德失范现象,必须完善社会主义道德,加强道德人格建设,极力推进道德法律化、制度化进程,真正落实道德教育。

During the transformation period of our society, being out of moral control is a difficult problem that needs to be solved urgently.The reasons for being out of moral control are as follows：the deficiency of moral theories and moral norms of socialism; the negative effect of market iconomy： the lack of legal system guarantee to moral construction： the transmation of moral education.To change the situation of being out of moral control,we must not only consummate the socialism moral system and strengthen the cultivation of moral personality.but also try to promote the process of moral legislation as well as to implement moral educatiorn.
