摘要
医院服务设施管理分为“硬”设施管理和“软”设施管理两类。医疗服务设施管理应保证疾病诊疗、满足方便患者就医、便于医患交流、诊疗设施舒适的医学伦理要求,应遵循流程合理、提高效率和效益、无障碍设计和布置安全的原则。我院在实施人性化服务设施管理中,配备了现代化的医疗设施,设置了细致入微的就医设施,应用了自动化的智能设施,提供了方便的生活和陪护设施,完善了弱势群体的“无障碍”设施。
Hospital facilities management can be classified as 'hard' facilities management and 'soft' facilities management. Medical service facilities management should support the normal diagnosis and treatment process and improve the patient's satisfaction. The principles of facilities design were considered as rational process, better efficient and benefit, barrier-free and safety. The article introduced the experience of humanistic service facilities design and management in Yuhuangding hospital.
