Training of operative skills is one of the most important learning procedures in vocational and technical education. which has its own features, compared with cognitive learning. According to the learning theories, different teaching and learning strategies should be adapted in different steps of operative skills training and should be adjusted whenever necessarily so that comparatively high quality of the training can be achieved.
