摘要
目的探讨bax、bcl-2和c-myc在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测65例胃癌、22例异型增生和l5例炎性病变中的bax、bcl-2和c-myc蛋白的表达。结果胃癌、异型增生bax、bcl-2和c-myc表达明显强于炎性病变(P<0.01),且bcl-2的表达与胃癌分化程度有关。结论从基因表达水平提示bax、bcl-2和c-myc基因与胃癌发生发展过程有关。
[Objective] To investigate the role of bax, bcl-2 and c-myc in oncogenesis and progression of gastric cancer(GC). [Methods] S-P immnunohistochemical staining was used to delect bax, bcl-2, c-myc expression in 65 cases of GC and 22 cases gastric epithelial dysplasis(GED) and 15 cases inflammatory, gastric mucosa(IGM). [Resuits] The positive rate of bax, bcl-2, c-myc protein were significantly higher in GC and GED than IGM (P 〈0.01), and the expression of bcl-2 were related to the degree of differentiated GC. [Conclusion] Overexperssion of bax, bcl-2, c-myc may be involved in the oncogenesis and progression of GC.
