摘要
目的研究酒精中毒时大鼠β-内啡肽(β-endorphin,β-EP)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(Glu-tathioneS-transferase,GST)、丙二醛(malonyldialdehyde,MDA)、P-选择素(P-selectin)变化、对肝脏的影响及葛根素对酒精中毒的保护作用。方法将Wistar大鼠分为对照组、中毒组、葛根素组。测定各组大鼠血中β-EP、P-selectin、血清及肝脏MDA、GST水平,并在光镜下观察肝组织病理学改变。结果中毒组大鼠β-EP、GST、MDA、P-selectin水平显著升高,出现肝组织病理损伤,葛根素组大鼠β-EP、GST、MDA、P-se-lectin水平显著降低,肝组织损伤明显减轻。结论急性酒精中毒可使β-EP释放增加、MDA、P-selectin升高、大鼠急性肝损伤,葛根素可通过抑制β-EP、自由基的释放,抑制血小板积聚,对急性酒精中毒及急性肝损伤起保护作用。
[Objective] To investigate the influence of the β-endorphin (β-EP), Glutathione S-transferase (GST), malonyldialdehyde (MDA) and P-selectin by alcohol poisoning and the protect effect of the Puerarin against the alcohol poisoning in rats. [Methods] Healthy Wistar rats were divided into control group, poisoning group, Puerarin group. The blood and liver tissue of each rat were obtained to test the level of β-EP, GST, MDA and P-selectin; and liver tissue samples were determined pathologically. [Results] The levels of β-EP, MDA, GST and P-selectin were significantly increased and the rats' liver were damaged in poisoning group as compared with that in control group. The damages were alleviated and the levels of β-EP, GST, MDA and P-selectin were decreased in Puerarin group than that in poisoning group. [Conclusions] The levels of β-EP, GST, MDA and P-selectin were increased in acute 'alcohol poisoning rat. Puerarin plays a protective role on acute alcohol poisoning by inhibiting the production bf β- endorphin, free radicals and interfering platelet congregation.
