摘要
针对含B4C及氟化物的中性盐浴渗硼剂的化学反应进行了分析研究。以反应盐浴组分的化学分析结果为依据,系统地阐述了该渗剂渗硼过程中所发生的高温反应,提出了缺氧玻璃体模型。
This paper has dealed with the chemical reaction of neutral salt bath boronizing agent containing B4C and fluro-complex. Based on the analytic results of reacting salt bath, the high-temperature reactions of boronizing process using this agent have been described systematically and an anoxic vitrescence model is offered.
