摘要
采用射频等离子体聚合的方法在317L型不锈钢表面形成一层亚磷酸三甲脂等离子体聚合膜。利用红外光谱法(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对该聚合膜进行了化学成分和表面形貌的分析。利用接触角测试仪分析该聚合膜的亲水性。结果发现亚磷酸三甲脂等离子体聚合膜可以明显改善不锈钢表面的亲水性。
Trimethylphosphit was polymerized on 317L stainless steel surface using radio frequency plasma. The chemical character and surface profile of the polymer film was studied using FTIR and SEM. The polymer film's hydrophile was test with contact angle machine. The result showed that plasma polymerized Trimethylphosphit can improve hydrophile of 317L stainless-steel dramatically.
