摘要
以AT89C51单片机和单总线数字温度传感器DS18B20为主要器件制作温度测控数据采集电路,用C51程序完成对传感器的数据采集和数据向LabVIEW的传输。通过PCI-6014来读取硬件电路数据。LabVIEW实现数据处理、测量温度曲线显示、预警、模糊温度控制及远程传输,成功实现了系统的实验室模拟。
Data Collection electrocircuit of temperature control is studied mainly using AT89C51 single chip and 1-Wire digital temperature transducer DS18B20. C51 programmer language is used to completed data collection and transfer it to LabVIEW. The data of Hardware electrocircuit is read by PCI-6014. Data treatment, temperature display,alarm, fuzzy control, and long-distance transfers are fulfilled by LabVIEW. The System is simulated successfully in laboratory.
