摘要
汽轮机的快速冷却可有效缩短冷却时间,缩短检修工期,提高发电机组的可用率,为此介绍汽轮机快速冷却方法以及各种冷却方法的优缺点,结合珠海电厂设备实际情况,对700 MW汽轮机快速冷却的综合应用做了分析,用实例证明了蒸汽冷却和空气冷却相结合的汽轮机快速冷却综合应用方法的实用、安全、高效。为同类型机组采用汽轮机快速冷却提供了实践经验和参考。
The force cooling of turbine can effectively shortcut the cooling duration ,shortcut the time limit of examine and repare project,and improve the available ratio of generator unit. This paper introduces several methods of turbine force cooling and relative merits of these methods. According to the practical situation of Zhuhai Power Plant, this paper analyses the integrated application of turbine force cooling in 700 MW turbine,and proves it is a practicality,safety,efficiency method to force cooling turbine by the combination of steam cooling and air cooling.
