摘要
本文设计了一个基于IPTV的新闻节目分析系统,该系统采用了基于内容的视频检索技术,实现了对新闻内容的自动分段以便于快速检索特定内容的新闻,并对该系统的接口和功能模块做了详细的说明。
This paper designs a news program retrieval system using the content-based technique, which can be implemented in IPTV and be used to automatically segment the news for fast searching the news the user chooses. The article also illuminates the interfaces and the crucial functional modules of the system.
