According to the practical need in the field of automatic testing system, using AI）Cs with high resolution, one design project of multi-channel high-speed data acquisition card is introduced, which is based on the standard of PCI bus. The design of circuit in detail and the realization of device driver are both presented. The card meets the need of data acquisition under several conditions of automatic testing.
