摘要
本文为某型直升机综合显示系统检测仪提出工控机加适配器的解决方案,利用工控机的背板集成了ARINC407、ARINC429、RS422几种通讯总线,根据被测对象合理地设计了适配器,最后在LabWindows/CVI开发环境中,基于数据库完成了测试软件的设计。本系统能够满足该型直升机综合显示系统的功能测试需求并有较强的升级和扩展能力,通过了厂方验收。
In this article, we represent a test unit adapt （TUA） plus industrial computer design for the integrated display system of a kind of helicopter. Based on the unit under test, and combined with the backboard of the industrial computer integrated the ARINC 407, ARINC 429 and an RS422 communication bus, the TUA was designed. The system software of the test system was developed under LabWindows/CVI development environment and database. As long as having a high ability of extending and upgrade, this system can achieve the functional test requirements of the integrated display system and already tested and accepted by the factory.
