摘要
本文根据近代物理实验《微波段电子自旋共振》的教学需要,设计了一种更适于教学的新型微波电子自旋共振谱仪。该仪器使用了小调场、慢扫描磁场、锁相放大、计算机终端控制、实时绘图、Boxcar信号平均等现代化实验技术,采用分离式结构,结构简单、精度较高、可维护性好、价格便宜,非常适于高校实验教学使用。
In this paper, the design of a new kind educational microwave EPR spectrometer is discussed according to the requirement of the modern physics experiment Microwave EPR Spectrometer. The new apparatus is separately equipped with many new modern technologies such as small magnetic modulation field, slowly scanning magnet, locking detector and amplifier, synchronous computer control and drawing, boxcar, etc. With the merit of precision, maintainability and inexpensiveness, it is suitable for the experiment education in universities.
