摘要
雇员流失对企业有利也有弊。在雇员流失成本文献分析的基础上,综合收益分析提出了静态成本—收益模型;考虑到雇员流失具有不确定性,引入时间因素,提出了企业人员动态控制流动模型。
The employee turnover of the enterprise is beneficial or fraud to the business. This paper intends to set a cost-benefit model to analyze how to deal with it. In consideration of the indetermination of the employee turnover, time factor has been put forward into to this model, in order to enhance the human resource management of the enterprise.
