摘要 虚拟团队的管理过程中影响其绩效的因素很多,其中尤其是监督控制、虚拟团队沟通、团队成员工作动机和知识管理等均会对虚拟团队的绩效产生十分明显的影响。 After the launch of a virtual team, work effectiveness and a constructive team climate has to be maintained using performance management strategies. The paper discussion is again restricted to issues on which empirical results are already available. These issues are leadership, communication within virtual teams, team members' motivation, and knowledge management.
