摘要
由有机污染接触引起的失效在电磁继电器的使用和贮存过程中占有很大的比例。从这单一失效机理出发,基于失效物理的方法,通过恒定结合步进应力加速试验,计算出有机污染接触失效机理的激活能。同时提出有机污染接触失效机理决定的电磁继电器贮存15年的寿命评价方案。
The contact failure mode of electromagnetic relay in operation and storage is mostly result from organic vapor-pollutants. Based on the single failure mechanism and the failure physics, combining constant and step stress accelerated test, the activation energy of failure mechanism from organic vapor-pollutants was calculated, The evaluation flow making store life affected by organic vapor-pollutants lasting 15 years was proposed,
