水热种分法制备低密度薄水铝石及其表征 被引量:2

Preparation of very light boehmite from hydrothermally supersaturated sodium aluminate solutions with boehmite seed

摘要 以硫酸铝和尿素水热沉淀合成的低密度薄水铝石为晶种,采用水热种分过饱和铝酸钠溶液的方法成功地制备了低密度薄水铝石,结合ICP-AES、XRD和SEM等分析和表征手段,着重考察了单相、低密度薄水铝石的析出条件及其对产物晶体结构和形貌的影响。研究表明,100℃下种分48h或187℃下种分3h都可以得到单相、低密度薄水铝石,但种分条件对产物的形貌影响不大。上述低密度薄水铝石的水热种分法合成不仅丰富了传统三水铝石种分过饱和铝酸钠溶液过程的研究,也提供了一种低密度薄水铝石的制备方法。 Very light boehmite from supersaturated sodium aluminate (SA) solutions was reported by a hydrothermal precipitation process with boehmite seed, which came from the hydrothermal homogeneous precipitation between aluminum sulfate and urea. Precipitation conditions of single-phase boehmite with very light tape density and their effects on crystal structures and morphologies were studied by ICP-AES, XRD and SEM. It was determined that very light: single-phase boehmite can be obtained by precipitation 48h at 100℃ or precipitation 3h at 187℃, but precipitation conditions had not marked effects on foregoing properties of the products. The very light boehmite seed precipitation process not only enriehs the traditional gibbsite seed precipitation process, but also provides a preparation method of very light boehmite.
