摘要
用苯甲酸钠催化剂,以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料合成乙酰水杨酸.结果表明:当水杨酸用量为2.0g,乙酸酐用量为2.8mL,苯甲酸钠用量为水杨酸质量的8%~10%时,在60~65℃条件下反应25~30min,纯化乙酰水杨酸收率可达82.8%.该催化剂具有催化活性高、安全、后处理容易、不污染环境等优点,是一种环境友好催化剂,具有工业开发价值。
Acetyl salicylic acid was catalytic synthesized by the reaction of salicylic acid with acetic anhydride catalyzed by sodium benzoate. The target compound could be obtained in 82.8 % yield after heating of the reaction mixtures(salicylic acid 2.0 g, acetic anhydride 2.8 mL, sodium benzoate 8 % -10%,6 ( w of salicylic acid)), 60- 65℃ reaction for 25- 30 min, which indicated that sodium benzoate was an environmentfriendly catalyst with safety, little pollution and high catalytic performance and could be used in the future industrial applications.
