摘要 2205双相不锈钢(DSS)综合了奥氏体不锈钢和铁素体不锈钢的优点,具有良好的综合性能,然而在焊接过程中最为突出的问题是热循环对热影响区(HAZ)组织和性能的影响。采用热模拟试验技术,研究了不同t8/5参数的单次热循环和多次热循环对焊接HAZ组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明,不同的t8/5对组织形态和相比例有着较大的影响,二次热循环能改善焊接HAZ的冲击韧性。 2205 dual phase stainless steel owns the advantages of Auster stainless steel and Ferrite stainless steel and presents good apprehensive properties.Meanwhile problem in the weld process is the affect on the HAZ structure and properties from heat cycle.The tests have been conducted that HAZ structure and properties are affected by different single heat cycle and multi-heat cycle with parameter t_(8/5).The test results shows that the different parameter t_(8/5) causes the great affect on structure and phase proportion,twin heat cycle can improve impact toughness of weld HAZ.
