摘要 以石油化工厂醇酮装置的有机废液为原料,以铜-钒为催化剂,浓硝酸为氧化剂,探索催化剂、硝酸浓度及用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产品质量收率的影响,从而选出生产己二酸的最佳的工艺条件。 Hexanediacid was prepared from the wasted organic liquor,drained off by petrochemical works'alcohol ketone device,as the starting material using copper-vanadium as the catalyst and concentrated nitric acid as the oxidizer. A variety of factors affecting the yield of hexanediacid including the catalyst,the concentration and dosage of nitric acid ,the temperature and the time,etc was examined. The optimal conditions for producing hexanediacid were decided.
