摘要
本文阐述了高频精密LCR测试仪中,SMD测试夹具设计方法中的关键技术,并给出了实验结果,所设计的夹具可以工作在75kHz^30MHz,阻抗附加误差小于1%±0.1Ω,夹具重复性好,可靠性高。
An SMD fixture is introduced, which can be used with precision LCR tester. The key techniques in the fixture design are described. The experiment results show that the working frequency of the fixture is in the range of 75kHz～30MHz. Its additional impedance error is less than 1%±0.1Ω. The fixture features nice repeatability and high reliability.
