摘要
在探讨民营企业自主创新环境涵义与类型的基础上,提出了民营企业自主创新当前区域软环境的评价原则与评价框架,据此以福建沿海民营企业为例做了分析。
Based on discussing the concept and types of environment of independent innovation （II） for private enterprises, this paper puts forward the assessment principles and frame of regional soft environment of II for private enterprises at present. According to the frame, the paper analyses the soft environment of II for the private enterprises of coastal areas in Fujian province.
