摘要
针对高校人力资源的特征及其职业倾向,从理论上提出激励模式;反思高校人力资源管理中存在的问题,从实践中提出高校人力资源管理的具体流程。
Pertinent to HR characteristics and its vocational tendency of Colleges and Universities, the writer proposed a motivation method theoretically. The issues existing in HR management of colleges and universities has been contemplated and a specific process for HR management of colleges and universities has been indicated from practical experience.
