Difficulties and Countermeasures of Service in Upgraded University Library

从馆藏文献、人员素质、服务方式、服务手段、服务时间等方面分析了专升本高校图书馆服务工作中存在的难点,并在此基础上提出了有效开展服务工作的对策,包括增强服务观念、加强馆藏资源建设、加强队伍建设、优化服务模式等。

From collection literature, personnel quality, service way, service method, service time and other aspects, the paper has analyzed the difficulties of service work in the upgraded University libraries, and on the basis of this the paper has countermeasures for an effective unfolding service, including the enhancement of service idea, strengthened the collection resources construction, strengthening the team construction, the optimized service model and so on.
