农业院校信息管理应顺应信息时代的发展进行管理改革,应以人为本提高农业信息人才的素质,把工作重心摆在“用”的中心上,确立以事业型与企事业型相结合的多元混合信息管理体制,转变信息管理结构,推行新型的信息管理文化,采取多种管理手段等几方面进行,以促进农业信息事业发展。

This paper has made a systematic exposition on thoughts about information management and administration and points out the direction to how to reform. They are involved in philosophy, system, structure, managerial ideal, management cultures and management ways.
