Study on the Scientific Paper's Productivity and Impact Factor Published in the Heilongjiang Province

利用《中国期刊全文数据库》、《中国引文数据库》对黑龙江省15所高等院校发表的学术论文进行产出力的文献计量学研究,旨在为科研管理部门提供科研绩效评价理论依据,以促进科研管理和科研水平的提高。

It is analyzed that productivity and impact of scientific article produced by authors in Heilongiiang knowledge factory, retrieval of database such as full test database of Chinese periodicals, Chinese citation database. The aim of this kind of analysis is to provide evidence for the administration of scientific research, according to which evaluation and decision of scientific research is to be done. And also the conclusion is to be drawn, which is constructive to the scientific research in Heilongjiang knowledge factory.
