摘要
利用返回式卫星搭载10个桑树品种(组合)的种子空间飞行18 d,返回地面后使种子发芽并播种、栽培,观察与调查变异情况。试验结果表明,经卫星搭载的种子总体具有较高的发芽率和较好的发芽势,苗期发现苗木的子叶和真叶有畸形变异现象,移栽后侧枝早发、单株侧枝数量多而壮,单株间的产叶量变化幅度较大。
The variation of mulberry seeds carried by satellite for 18 days was observed and investigated. The results showed that the germination rate and the germinating energy of the seeds were higher than that of the control. Deformed seed leaves and deformed true leaves were found in seedlings. The side branches of the plants sprouted earlier, and the nunber of side branches was more than that of the control. The variations of leaf yield among the plants were distinct.
