摘要
采用PCR-RFLP技术对来自国内外的10个茎线虫属群体进行了限制性片段长度多态性分析(RFLP),发现甘薯茎线虫(D itylenchus destructor)不同群体间存在基因分化现象。来自山东的2个群体Dell和Dely的酶切图谱与来自其他地区的线虫群体相比明显不同。对甘薯茎线虫的近似种鳞球茎茎线虫(D.dipsaci)以及食菌茎线虫(D.myceliophagus)的分析结果显示,通过ITS-RFLP技术建立的酶切图谱可以很好地将3种茎线虫区分开来。
The internal transcribed spacer regions of 10 populations of Ditylenchus were analyzed using PCR-RFLP techniques. The results showed that two ITS-RFLP patterns were found in Ditylenchus destructor and 2 populations of D. destructor from Shandong Province, Dell and Dely, had unique enzyme-digestion pattern compared to other populations of this species. The study also sup- ported that PCR-ITS-RFLP method was a valuable tool for differentiation of D. destructor, D. dipsaci and D. myceliophagus.
