超排卵对金黄地鼠子宫内膜超微结构的影响

摘要 目的探讨超排卵对金黄地鼠子宫内膜超微结构的影响。方法雌性未孕金黄地鼠30只,随机分为3组,其中一组给予GnRHa、PMSG和HCG(GnRHa组),一组给予PMSG和HCG(PMSG组),对照组予以等体积的生理盐水。在注射HCG18h后,用透射电镜观察各组子宫内膜的超微结构。结果GnRHa组、PMSG组与对照组相比子宫内膜均表现为发育延迟。结论超排卵后可能对子宫内膜有不利的影响,导致内膜与胚胎发育不同步而影响体外受精胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的成功率。
