摘要 本文提出了用叔胺N_(235)作为萃取剂由硫酸氢钾直接转化制取硫酸钾的方法,并系统研究了适宜的工艺条件:有机相中叔胺浓度为1.05mol/L相比为1∶1,硫酸氢钾起始浓度20%,操作温度为10~25℃,硝酸胺盐采用化学法再生。 A new method of producing potassium sulfate with the tertiary amine as extractant and other organic solvent as diluent has been proposed. The effects of the concentration of tertiary amine in organic phase, the ratio of organic phase and aqueous phase, the concentration of KHSO4. and temperature of extraction have been studied, and the optimum cond itions were established. The extractant was regenerated with ammonia at ordinary temperature. The purity of K2SO4 is above 99%.
