It and characteristics of local colleges and universities depend on each other and promote together . In order to promote the development of regionalization of higher education and growth of characteristics of local colleges and universities, we should further implement administrative duties of provincial government, define the orientation of local colleges and universities, integrate higher education with the locality, pay attention to the quality and characteristic of talents cultivation.
