湖南基础教育均衡发展的问题成因与对策

The Problems Forming Cases and Countermeasures of Basic Educatiion Balanced Development of Hunan

基础教育均衡发展作为一种全新的教育发展理念,已引起了政府部门和学术界的普遍关注。此研究从城乡之间、东西部地区之间、县域之间三个不同区域角度分析湖南基础教育发展的非均衡状况;从经济、文化、制度与政策等多视角剖析导致湖南基础教育非均衡发展的原因;最后,提出促进湖南基础教育均衡发展的关键策略。

This article analyses the unbalanced development situations of Hunan basic education from three different regional Views. From economic.cultural and systematic views, it expounds the causes resulting in the unbalanced development of Hunan basic education. At last, it puts forwards the key countermeasures to stimulate the balanced development of Hunan basic education.
