摘要
本文研究了何家岩金矿原矿矿石性质变化后,原有浸金工艺流程存在的主要问题,提出了工艺改进路线及措施,改矿砂直接入池槽浸为人工干式入池,并对原丢弃的占原矿25%的矿泥提出了回收方案,并进行了工业试验,经济、技术指标良好。
On the base of the ore characteristics and the limitation of the original technology were described. The prime manner of the wet grinded mine entering into cyanide pond directly was replaced by condensed high concentration slurry, the project of comprehensive using discarded slurry was also studied, all the reforms were tested by the plant trial. Stable indexes and remarkable benefit are achieved.
