摘要
本文分析了聚合物熔体于稳态剪切流动中的粘性特性,进而提出一新的四参数粘性模型η=η_f/{K[1+(r/r_f)^(1-n′)]}.应用毛细管流变仪,考察了几种热塑性树脂的流动性,并对模型进行了初步的验证.结果表明,模型的理论计算值与试样熔体表观剪切粘度η_n的实测值有较好的一致性.
The viscous properties of polymer melts in stable shear flow are analyzed in this paper, and a new viscosity model with four variables is proposed. The flow behaviour for four thermoplastic resin melts,HOPE,LDPE,PP,PS,is investigated by means of capillary rheometer to verify the model preliminarily. The results show good agreement between the values of the apparent shear viscosities predicted by using the model and the measured data from these samples.
