利用泡沸石控制脱墨灰水的硬度

摘要 本文介绍了加拿大Bowater纸厂利用泡沸石控制脱墨浆废水灰度的情况。结果认为:单从泡沸石用量就能有效地改变废水中全部或部分溶解钙的含量。但是,泡沸石对浆液中钙离子的控制受到了干扰,这是因为浆液中的纤维和其他组分能与泡沸石竞争夺取溶解钙,这需要进一步研究。 The process for controlling DIP grey water hardness with zeolite 4A in Bowater paper mill in Canada was introduced. The results show that depending on the applied dosage,zeolite 4A can be very effective in exchanging all or part of the total soluble calcium present in water processes. But there is some interference from the fibres and other componants in the pulp as they "compete" with zeolite for soluble calcium,This requires further investigation.
