近年来,随着燃煤供应日趋紧张,燃料采购成本不断加大。汇源公司2号锅炉由于设计为烟煤型燃烧器,无法燃用贫煤,这不仅给公司的燃料统一采购管理带来麻烦,同时也不利于机组的安全经济运行。为此,汇源公司对该炉燃烧器进行了改造并取得一定的成效。文中结合WRKT-Ⅲ型双通道煤粉燃烧器的结构和原理,对该燃烧器改造后的调试、运行情况以及改造后锅炉燃烧的稳定性和经济性进行了分析。

Recently as a result of short supply of coal the purchasing cost is increasing. Boiler 2 of the company was designed for bituminite and not for lean coal, Not only it＇s difficult in unified purchase but also affect the safe operation of the generating units. So the company decided to retrofit the burner and achieved good results. This article analyzes the structure and principle of WRKT-Ⅲ burner, commissioning conditions, operation stability and economic benefits.
