摘要
目的:考察蒙药小茴香挥发油与β-环糊精(β-cyc lodextrin,β-CYD)的包合工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以包合物中含油量和包合物的收率为考察指标;通过测定紫外吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱验证包合物形成。结果:小茴香挥发油与β-CYD最佳包合工艺条件为:A3B3C3D2,即挥发油:β-CYD比为1∶5、包合温度为60℃、包合时间为1h、挥发油用85%乙醇溶解。结论:本法制备小茴香挥发油-β-CYD包合物的产率65.82%,挥发油包合率46.0%。
Objective: To elucidate the inclusion process on the fennel volatile oil with β- cyclodextrin( β- CYD). Methods: Orthogonal experiment design was adopted. The content of oil in inclusion complexes and recovery of inclusion complexes were used as criteria in the test. The inclusion complexes validated by UV and IR absorption spectrum. Results: The best conditions for inclusion were A3B3C3D2, i. e., proportion of volatile oil (mL) to β- CYD (g) was 1:5, adding 85% alcohol in volatile oil, for one hour at 60℃. Conclusion: By this preparation methods , the inclusion ratio was 65.82%. The using ratio of volatile oil was 46.0%.
