摘要
讨论了耐火制品化学分析取样量的问题,提出了根据矿石取样量的确定规则来确定取样量。根据耐火制品的特点,提出了均匀性系数(K)取舍设想,即制品由单种不同粒度的矿物组成,K值可取0.05或0.1;由多种不同种类的矿物组成,且化学组成和物理性质差别不太大,K值可为0.1~0.2;由不同种变化学组成和物理性质差别很大的材料组成,K值应取0.2~0.3或更大些。同时指出了GB10325-88中关于化学分析取样量的规定其代表性有限。
The volume of sampling refractory products for chemical analysis has been discuSSed. The volume of sampling refractory products defined according to the rule of the volume of sampling ore, and the tentative plan of taking coefficient value k of homogeneity on the basis of the characteristic of refractories have been put forward. It is pointed out that the stipulation on the volume of sampling in GB 10325-88 has limited representation.
