摘要
分析了YB370—95荷重软化温度检验方法(又称直接升温法)与GB5989—86致密定形耐火制品荷重软化温度检验方法(示差-升温法)测试结果不同的原因和差值范围。结果表明示差-升温法能较好地消除设备及人为因素造成的误差,更能反映耐火制品的真实值。
The different test results and errors produced by using the two test methods for determination of refractoriness-under-load, one is differential-with rising temperature(GB 5989-86 National Standard)and another is direct rising temperature(YB370-95Industrial Standard), have been discussed and analyzed.It has been found that differential with rising temperature method is superior to direct rising temperature owing to the fact that the former can eliminate the errors caused by related equipment and man-made factor better than the latter.
